"After three BMW's, I find that the staff at Santa Monica BMW is far more friendly an dhelpful than Southbay BMW, Beverly Hills BMW, Nick Alexendar BMW, Center BMW, and Pacific BMW, all of which I have been to and will not go to again unless I absolutely have to."

Charles, my service rep, was quick and to the point. Called me to let me know the status of my car and gave me a realistic estimate on when it would be finished. I have already told a couple of my friends who also own a bMW to go there. I have always heard that the sales staff at this dealership was not the greatest. A friend of mine in particular had a real bad experience. As a result, I have always hesitated in going there. I can say that after this, I will definitely use the service department again. "I think Sven Larsen is a real assset to Santa Monica BMW. I also think that Jason Schimmel has a bright future with the dealership. He treats his customer with respect and is very professional in his dealings with customer. I was very impressed by the professionalism and behavior of both the CPO manager Sven Larsen and my sales person Jason Schimmel. Both of these gentlemen were very straighforward and decent. There was no excessive haggling and they went out of their ways to make the whole buying experience as smooth as possible."

This blew me away because I wanted to suggest to management that he was working below his means and should be promoted - I will easily come back to SMBMW for my 3rd purchase if Alfredo is still there and he will work with me again....this goes for Ben as well!!"
